SIWA | Paper Japanese
A Japanese paper maker Daichikawa Daimon Yamanashi Prefecture, a thousand years historic washi paper production area has made the SIWA | Paper Wa series of everyday products that expand the possibilities of paper with industrial designer Naoto Fukazawa. Mr. Fukasawa has found a new texture to the unbreakable shoji paper "Naoron" developed by Daicho to create a new texture, and we propose a design for everyday products that utilize its gentle. The name "SIWA | Paper Japanese" means paper wrinkles and paper Japanese paper readings from the opposite reading of washi paper. We carefully purify washi paper and carefully produce leather one by one.
