Operating principle
1. PNP
PNP is a BJT where an n type material was introduced or placed between the two p-mold materials. In such configurations, the device controls the flow of current. The PNP transistor consists of two crystal diodes connected in a series. The right side of the diode is a diode between the collector base, and the left side is called the emitter base diode.
2.NPN
NPN has a P-type material between the two n type materials. NPN transistors are basically used to amplify weak signals to strong signals. In NPN transistors, electrons move from the emitter area to the collector area and generate current in the transistor. This type of transistor is widely used in circuits.
