Please do not use on direct flames, or use at temperatures above 592°F (250°C) or over 20 minutes at 782°F (250°C). Avoid sheet contact with heat source of cooking equipment. When used with a sheet on a frying pan, it is easy to get high temperatures and may cause burning. Depending on the heating time and cooking conditions, smoke may come from the sheet or burn out. Always follow the instruction manual for cooking equipment.
