Power:
This universal board powers the two power bus rows on the board from the Ardiuno IOREF pin and GND pins. It can be used to power independently on a substrate project with 3V3 and 5V options.

SPI Connection:
On ICSP connectors, only 5V and GND are connected to the corresponding pin of the header. MOSI and MISO exist only on the connector and near additional pads.
