When connecting at 8K/60Hz, 8K/30Hz, 4K/120Hz, you need to connect with Ultla HDMI 2.1 cable.
In order to output 4K/120Hz, you will need a 120Hz compatible game software, cable, input and output device.
In order to play 4K/HDR video, all device configurations, cables, and software must be compliant with 4K/HDR standards.
We recommend connecting and using a USB powered cable for stable operation.
This product supports bus-powered operation with power supply from HDMI devices, but there may be some symptoms such as temporarily darkening the screen or interrupted video when the device is started. In such cases, it may be avoided by connecting a USB power cable and providing stable power supply to this product.
About the display time during switching
The time for the video to be displayed when the port is switched between 3 and 5 seconds. This is not a symptom, but the time it takes for HDMI devices (such as recorders) to recognize the display and start video output, due to the performance of HDMI devices. The product itself has been switched between ports as soon as you press the switch button.
