Description

The handle is made of hard acrylic resin with good transparency, so it has a gorgeous and luxurious finish. The acrylic material used for the handle is not formed by a mold, but it is smooth to create a three-dimensional depth of the marble pattern. It is hardened into a block, and then re-cut into the shape of the handle, machined and polished finish. It has a straight blade, making it suitable for castella-based cakes.
