Components
SmartRope Rookie - All sets of SmartRope rookies include left and right handles. The "Rookie" logo is printed vertically on the left hand, and there is no logo on the right hand. This new product has a battery on the right hand grip. If you are not using it for a long time, you can put a spare battery in the right handle.
ROPE - Each smart rope rookie comes with 3 meters long rope and 2 rope holders. Insert the rope through the rope holder, insert it through the hole above the end of the handle, pull it from the bottom hole and attach it to the rest of the rope holder. The other handle will do the same. Please consult your users manual for images and detailed instructions. Coin Battery - Smart Rope Rookie uses a coin battery. Each Smart Rope Rookie comes with a coin battery and is stored in the right hand handle (no logo handle) When the daily exercise time is about 30 minutes, one coin battery will last for about 6 months. However, if you do not use it, the battery will last much longer and you can store the battery in the right hand handle.
