What is the difference between Copic Claire and Copic Sketch?

Copic Classic, Sketch, Ciao is an alcohol-based dye ink marker.Dye ink is primarily suited for coloring on paper as it penetrates into paper.Transparency makes it suitable for layering effects and gradient expressions.

On the other hand, Copic Claire is a water-based and pigmented ink marker.Pigment inks are opaque and conceal the following color because the ink stays on the paper over the paper than the dye ink.

Can I mix copic Claire inks?
