How to use pressure resistance test pump

1.Install the machine.Fix the pump body to the tank with 4 screws.

2. Install the water outlet hose, connect one end to the pump body.

(Note: The connection is sealed.Gaskets can also be used with raw material tape.Otherwise, it will leak easily)

3. Connect the other end of the outlet hose to the pipe you are going to test. (Note: Always roll the raw tape up.)

4.Fill the pipeline during the test, let air out and close the pressure relief valve.

5.Fill the water tank with clean water and shake the plate rod up and down to start the pressure test.

6. When the pressure rises to the pressure that needs to read the pressure gauge can be stopped (Normal water pressure is 0.3 Mpa, high rise houses 0.4 Mpa, tap water pressure 0.1 Mpa, 2.2 lbs (1 kg).Water pipe pressure tests are typically raised to 0.8 - 1 Mpa and the pressure test of household plumbing is maintained. 2--4 hours)

7. If the pressure shown on the pressure gauge does not decrease after stopping the back pressure, it proves that the pipeline pressure resistance is good, and on the contrary, the sealing performance of the pipeline is not good, there is a leakage that can cause pressure reduction.

Trouble Causes and Solutions

(1) Move the handle upwards to prevent water absorption.

1.Make sure the suction pipe is clogged with debris.

2.Make sure the switch is tightened.

(2) Feel of sagging when you shake the handle up and down.

1.Check if the switch is tightened.

2. Make sure the sealing ring of the piston pump is damaged.

3. Check the one-way valve on the outlet joint for debris accumulation.

(3) The pressure display on the pressure gauge is not stable

1. If there is a leakage in the pipe or outlet joint, you need to replace the sealing ring.
