Description

Part to change the shift feel of the ZC33S Swift more direct
Thats the TM-SQUARE shift color.

For Swift, the shift lever and the mission case are connected by two wires, and the shift lever operates to change the gear through this wire.

And the ZC33S uses rubber bushings in several locations to suppress vibration and noise.

First, the shift lever base, which serves as the base of the shift lever, has 4 fixed to the body, not all of which are floating mounted, with rubber bushing. The shift wire bracket is also attached to secure the shift wire in place.

Of course, the rubber bushings are more comfortable to suppress mechanical noise, but the shift lever base moves with every gear change, and the shift wire changes in the amount of movement due to the rubber bushing "wami" which means that the shift wire will not feel stiff.

TM-SQUARE shift collars use metal colors instead of these rubber bushings to secure the shift lever base and shift wire brackets to the rigit for a direct, rigid shift feel.

Note:
The TM-SQUARE Shift Color ZC33S SPEC may have a little bit bit more bitter in cold weather gear feel (especially 1 to 2 speeds) as the clearance of each shift linkage. This symptoms also disappear when the temperature of the mission oil rises a little.
