Basic Usage

Place the pan with the side that says "Omote" up and close it to the surface of the pan. Please be careful not to protrude the sheet from the frying pan. |
Place the ingredients on the sheet before lighting and cook on low or medium heat. Use resin or wood cookware when moving food on the sheet. |
Simply remove the foil sheet for easy installation.The pan doesnt get dirty, making it easy to use. |
