White (Oil): Oil based white pastel pencil core is made of titanium dioxide, white visco, oil and wax, which is smooth, thick and tacky, and has a firm layer to cover the foundation. On rough surfaces, the color ride changes from zero to sunset and creates a tempera effect. They are not blurred, but can be mixed by applying or dragging over other oil colored pencils.
