■Brand Introduction

Tiny Pedals, big sound!

Henretta Engineering sold the first guitar effect pedal, Choad Blaster in the autumn of 2009.

Since 2011, we have made a very small "no-knobber" line with no knobbers.

Henretta Engineering pedals are handmade in the USA.

Builder Kevin Henretta has been dedicated to guitar equipment since their teenagers and has been repeating various trials and errors for decades.

In 2008, Kevin starts looking for a great distortion pedal that fits your vintage amp.

But we couldnt find distortion at the level you are looking for.

The trade-off of dynamics and sustain is too smooth for reeds, too dark in the rhythm or vice versa.

Thats why Kevin began producing effectors with years of custom electronics experience.

And the Choad Blaster is complete.

The circuit incorporates a unique gain structure that came from mild overdrives to heavy distortion, with only two knobs.

The knob adjusts the distortion from low end to low mid and high mid crunches.

It was very popular when selling that pedal, and it was rated as a pedal between fuzz and distortion, especially open sound among many distortion systems.

In addition, Kevin has been able to design more effectors and finally completed the very small "no-knobber" line.

■Product description

The Green Zapper Auto Filter is a warm and musical autofilter pedal that allows you to move your guitar sound dynamically.

This pedal uses a band pass filter to move the frequency range as you play.

At the first attack of playing, the filter becomes the highest frequency, then gradually decreases with sound attenuation.

Even if the frequency is not dropped, the frequency will be higher at the next attack.

Now you get a wow pedal effect that automatically controls with the dynamics of playing

Very small 5.0cm x 5.0cm housing which can easily fit on pedal board.

Step on the foot switch to turn the pedals on and off.

The LED indicator will shine when turned on. Circuit is completely removed from the signal when OFF (True Bypass).

The Green Zapper Auto Filter features two internal trimmers.

Two trimmers adjust range and sensitivity.

Factory settings are tailored to fit common single coil pickups

If you use it on a humbucker or bass, it is better to lower the sensitivity to avoid high frequency noise.

When you flip the pedal and put the foot switch on the front, there is one trimmer near the center of the circuit, and one around the right hand.

The one near the center is a frequency range trimmer that adjusts the frequency range where the band pass filter operates.

The sensitivity trimmer is located near the right front to adjust the sensitivity of the pedals to play.

The two trimmer are larger and smaller (Phillips screw type) depending on the lot.

There is no difference in the tone but the smaller trimmer is counterclockwise and the larger trimmer can be clockwise for wider range and reduced sensitivity.

Adjust while actually listening to sound.

Specifically, sensitivity controls are extremely sensitive up to 20% from the rest.

A little adjustment will give you a very big effect.
