Does not crease on documents
Can be folded while holding documents in place.
When folded, there is a gap inside the clipboard to prevent creases in the documents.
Pinch the bottom of the documents with a paper press to prevent documents from rolling up in open or folded positions.

The back of the clip has a pen holder.
It can only be removed when you want to use it, so it wont get in the way.
It also has a hole in the middle of the pen holder, so it can be hung on the wall. (Can also be used when folded.)
