Tokoname ware is a teapot of sushidi. Sumud has been used in tea vessels since ancient times due to its high content of iron and mellow taste of tea. Ceramesh is a ceramic tea strainer that was developed with a regular slip. Even though it is made of ceramic, it has a fine grain like metal. Without using a metal net, you can enjoy a more natural tea taste without the metallic odor. (Tokoname ware teapot is finely tuned by the lid one by one, so you can see after sanding along the edges inside of the teapot.)
