Feature

●1. The pencil hardness meter measures the hardness of the paint film, ensuring that the hardness of the paint film reaches the specified hardness. It is designed to always move the force horizontally with your hand at a 45° angle
●2. Weighs are 8.8 oz (250 g), 9.8 oz (250 g), 1.7 oz (500 g), and 1.7 oz (750 g) and 3.5 oz (1,000 g) depending on your request. Adopt stainless steel gear and bearing design, looks beautiful, durable and long lasting. One screw secures the pencil and no assembly required and readily measured
●3. Important performance on paint film using this pencil hardness meter: It can be used as an indication of abrasion resistance, abrasion resistance, scratch resistance, paint stay action, washing difficulty etc
●4.How to Use: 1.Prepare the pencil: take out the pencil and shave the lead of the post 5-6mm(do not loose), hold the pen core, hold the 90° angle on the "NO:400" sandpaper and draw the image on the sandpaper and scrape the edge until the flat end is sharp (do not have any cuts or gaps at the end). The pencil can be rotated 180° after each use or re-sharpened before using
●5. How to Use: 2. Operation: Place the device on a flat workbench, place the pad on the bottom of the device, insert the pencil into the hole of the device body, and fix the pencil end with screws on the workbench. 3. Measurements: Place the pencil hardness meter on the board and advance about 1mm in speed in 1 second. Starting with the hardest pencil, each level of the pencil plows 5 marks of 3mm in length. Represents the core of the paint film, where the hardness of the pencil is measured until you find a pencil that doesnt pill the paint
