[Single Item]

Description

Pour hot water and use it as a teapot
Use it as a small tetsu.
Not only does it work with gas but it also works with induction 100 V and 200 V.
In boiling water, the body will easily absorb iron dioxide, which releases a lot of iron in which it is easy to remove.

Iwate’s products are carefully crafted by traditional artisans to ensure quality.

Nambu Ironware Manufacturing Process

Tetsukiru

For your delicious tea

The tetsuka bottle is made by traditional artisans with a noisy baked coating on the outside and an oxidized coating on the inside with a traditional kiln-fired finish. This coating prevents rust and releases a large amount of divalent iron in the water that is easy to absorb by the body. There may be some red spots on the inside when you first use it, but this is the evidence of the tetsukira still young. As you boil water and use it, your tap water will turn white on the inside. If you use it everyday, it will come with a white hot water bottle for about 1 to 1.5 years.

When using the Nambu Tetsuki, we do a "break" task for the first time.First, lightly rinse the main unit and fill it up to eightth minutes and boil it on medium heat and discard the hot water.By repeating this 2-3 times, the hot water will become transparent and mellow. After using, gently wipe the surface with a damp cloth while the tetsubottle is still hot.Continuing to create the unique luster of the Tetsuka.

The traditional "baked mold" method is made one by one, with a unique decoration on the surface, such as the iconic arare pattern and turtle shell pattern, the texture will change with use. This change of cast skin is also one of the enjoyment of Tetsukaru lovers.

How to use and care for the tetsukaru

Please check if the handle is firm for any damage such as cracks.

Farting Work

After lightly rinsing the main unit, add water for up to 8 minutes and boil on medium heat.

Then throw away the hot water.Repeat this 2-3 times. Please be careful of empty firing.

Boiling with weak flame strength may cause water to become cloudy.Boil at about medium heat and perform squeaking.

Ditch the hot water from the tetsukara.

Please do not leave the hot water left inside the tetsukettle, transfer it to a pot, etc. and make sure it is empty.

If you leave it in hot water for a long time, it may rust or become turbide.

Dry Tetsuka

Then, remove the lid and dry the interior with excess heat or a light empty drain.

Please do not touch the inside of the tetsubin.

The inner surface has a white limescale membrane after red spots appear, but please do not rub it off. When the water scale film is formed, the water will remain transparent even when the inner surface is red, and the taste of hot water is even more delicious.
