Feature

●0 to 32% Range: Baileys Brick Meter measures sugar content from 0 to 32% of fruit juices, fruits and beverages to monitor the ripness of cultivated fruits and vegetables and laboratory research. After calibration, simply drop 2-3 drops of solution to the prism of the sugar meter and get accurate results through the eyepiece according to the light
●ATC Function: The sugar meter has ATC function that automatically corrects changes in ambient temperature and eliminates deviation due to temperature changes. High-index optics and smooth adjustable eyepiece ensure accurate markings
●STORAGE CASE: Portable sugar refractometer comes with a storage case, a mini screwdriver for calibration, pipette, and cleaning cloth in random colors. Easy to clean and store after use. The sugar refractometer is made of aluminum alloy and ABS and rubber, which is sturdy, rust and abrasion resistant
●EASY TO USE: It is strictly prohibited to put it into water directly after use. Wipe with clean soft cloth Do not touch or scratch with optical components. Please store the equipment in a dry place to avoid lost spare parts
●Service: We stand behind our products and stand behind our quality. Professional function and high reliability bring you different experience and guarantee every customer satisfaction. If you have any questions about our products, please feel free to contact us

Description

Specifications:
Item Type: Brick Refractometer
Material: Aluminum alloy, ABS, rubber
Measurement Range: 0-32%
Value:1%
Accuracy: ±1%

How to use:
1. Open the cover and carefully wipe the test prism with a soft cloth. Take a few drops of measuring solution, place it on the test prism, gently close the cover plate to avoid air bubbles, spread the solution to the prism surface. Adjust the fixture to a light source or bright place, observe the field of view through the eyepiece and turn the eyepiece adjustment handle to make the blue and white divided field of vision. Boundary scale value is the concentration of the solution. 0 point calibration is required before calibration and temperature compensation. Take a few drops of distilled water, place it on the detection prism, turn the 0 adjustment screw to align the boundary line to 0% of the scale. Then wipe the detection prism and perform the test. Depending on the model of the equipment, you need to configure a standard solution instead of distilled water during calibration. Another method is (only suitable for measuring sugar content), using the temperature compensation table to get the exact value with the temperature compensation (subtracted) to the values read at ambient temperature. Table, temperature correction table for measuring sugar content. (Random Color)
