How to Use
1.Weight Setting:
1. Press "Reset/ON" to turn on the power.
2. Press "Settings" to flash. The initial value is set to 50 Kg so press "+" or "-" to fit your weight.
3. Press "Settings" again to complete the weight setting, and the alarm setting flashes. Settings range: 44.1 - 244.3 lbs (20 - 110 kg).
2. Alarm setting: If you want to set your exercise time.
1. When the weight setting is complete, the T (hour) will flash. If you want to set exercise time, press "+" or "-" to show the desired time, press "Settings" to set the alarm.
2. When the time is set at the beginning of exercise, the alarm sounds, and the L (number of times) and C (calories).
Alarm setting range: 1 - 60 minutes.
If you do not need the alarm setting, press "Settings" again after you complete your weight settings. In this case, the time from start to finish is displayed.
How many times and calories are displayed?
1. When you start exercising, it will automatically start measuring the number of times but if you do not rotate it more than 6 times, the number of times will not be displayed.
2. Calories burned will be displayed after 2 to 3 seconds of the workout.
3. When resuming exercising, press "Reset/On" to set the weight and alarm again.
4. After completing exercise, the power will automatically shut off after 8 minutes. To resume use, press "Resett/On" and use the above contents.
Battery Replacement:
① Remove the screws with a screwdriver and remove the battery cover.
2. Insert the battery side up.
③ Put the battery cover on and tighten the screws with a screwdriver.
