This product is made of recycled leather that has been discarded and incinerated in large quantities when flaking the leather thinly, and is hardened in a rubber binder.
Raw material ratio is 70% pepper skin and 30% binder. This is not a synthetic leather that is completely different from leather, such as synthetic resin as a material that resembles leather.
By utilizing natural materials that have been disposed, it is also an environmentally friendly product that has been used to make effective use of the disposal of this product.
The biggest feature of recycled leather is that it can be thinned. Conversely, the weaknesses are naturally flakened and the fibers are short, so the tearing strength is inferior to the genuine leather.
Therefore, it is not suitable for sewing machine sewing as the holes are prone to rips from the areas.
This is why they are glued together. We mainly use double-sided tape for adhesion, but we believe that this is an extremely strong bond for industrial applications, and the adhesive surface will not peel off during use.
