Surfboards are shipped from separate warehouse.
We cannot ship the same day if payment method is a bank transfer, or for items that are fulfilled during long holiday holidays, such as Saturdays, Sundays, Holidays, and start of New Year.
The surfboard is designed for large cargo handling, so you cannot specify the day or time of delivery due to the convenience of the carrier.
We cannot support delivery during large consecutive holidays such as Golden Week, end and start of year, etc.
