Description

Flange Nuts have a wide flange on one end and act as an integrated non-rotating washer. This allows the nut pressure to be dispersed across the fixed components, reducing the chance of breaking the part, and reducing the chance of loosening due to uneven fixed fixed surfaces.


May be serrated to provide flange locking action. The seration is angled so that the nut does not rotate in the direction the nut loosen. Serrated and cannot be used with washers or on non-scratch surfaces. Seration avoids nut vibrations and helps increase nut retention.
