How to use caviar maker kit?

1- Insert flexible tube into the fitting of the caviar manufacturer.

2-Add the desired caviar mixture to the caviar maker tray. The tray requires a minimum of 75ml to prevent vacuum loss during suction.

3-Install the top of the caviar maker on the tray that includes the caviar mix. Now the 96 well tip will dip into the caviar mixture.

4-Syringe Plunger back to 5cc Creates air space and provides additional push at the end of the dispensing cycle.

5-Attach tube to syringe.

6-Syringe plunger slowly, stable operation to suck up to 20ml marks on the syringe barrel.

7- Carefully lift the caviar maker from the tray and place it about 3 inches on top of the calcium bath. Slowly press down the syringe plunger from 20ml to 0ml

After 8-1 minute, remove the caviar sphere from the calcium tub, rinse it off with a clean water bath, and remove it immediately.

Rinse the box with an antibacterial solution such as white vinegar or 3% hydrogen peroxide solution. Syringe allows you to pour antimicrobial liquid into the caviar box. Rinse with clean water.
