Manufacturing Process - Mold grinding, using wood mold, real mold (copper mold and bottom mold, made of unglazed brick-like material). Start using a new tetsukir: Lightly rinse the inside of the tetsukar, add about 8 minutes of water, and then simmered with 1 to 2 tbsp of tea and simmered for about 20 minutes. Rinse the inside with water, boil hot water and dispose two to three times before use. After using, please refer to the following methods to dry the Nambu Tetsuka. Empty the interior and remove the lid while the tetsubottle is hot. This means that the interior of the Soubu ironware will dry out due to preheating. (You can also dry the lid inside the case as well) You can also use the iron bottle to dry it by emptying it on low heat. Please note that if overheating is too much than necessary, the oxidized coating on the inside of the tetsubin, it will damage the oxidation coating of the tetsu, causing rust and grueling to occur.
