Q1: Why does it display the product just plug it into the charger?
A1: Most Type-C ports on the charger do not have voltage output by default. Therefore, this product does not supply power or display it. The charger only output voltage when load protocol is detected, and at that point it will be displayed on the product.

Q2: Why the test meter can not measure 10A or 120W as shown on the product charger?
A2: The value measured by this product is the real-time charging parameter during the charging process. The parameters shown on the charger represent the maximum power parameters of the product and are not always output.

Q3: Why the output will sometimes display a current of 0.01~0.02A when the load is not connected?
A3: This product uses bi-directional current detection, so it is normal to generate minor idle current. However, it can be reset to zero by quickly touching the screen three times with the current clearing interface.
