Feature(may vary by option.)

●Meets IEEE 488 and ANSI/IEEE 488.2 standards
●Digital 8-bit parallel (bi-directional) data transfer is possible
●Communication with devices up to 8Mbytes per second and up to 14 devices
●Deploys in linear, star, or circular patterns between devices
●Both ends are dual CN24M and CN24F connectors with screw lock. Therefore, each GPIB cable added to the bus also acts as an extension cable

Two male to female plugs
Color: Gray

Package Includes:

1 x IEEE-488 cable

Description:
Data Pro 488 series cables are commonly used to extend HPIB or GPIB bus (used by Hewlett-Packard). This is an abbreviation for H-e-w-l-e-t-t-P-a-c-k-a-r-d Interface Bus or General Purpose Interface Bus, also known as IEEE488.
The normal use of this cable is laboratory testing equipment. This is an 8-bit parallel interface for stringing up multiple communications devices to control with one computer or other device.

Features:

1:Meets IEEE488 and ANSI/IEEE488.2 standards.

2: Allows digital 8-bit parallel (bi-directional) data transfer.

3:Communication with devices up to 8Mbytes/s and up to 14 devices

4:Deploy in linear, star, or circular pattern between devices.

5:Both ends are dual CN24M and CN24F connectors with screw lock. Therefore, each GPIB cable added to the bus also acts as an extension cable.

6:Exceeds IEEE-488 standard for connecting peripherals where E-M-I is a problem.

7:30 micro inch gold contact plating provides a reliable connection during repeated fit cycles.

8:Excellent crimping ferrule strain relief prevents unsightly separation common with other cables.

9:Aluminum nickel plated shell with overlapping seams is corrosion resistant and is inherently unaffected by E-M-I leaks.
