Nitride treatment prevents rust and prevents food from sticking.

RUST RESISTANT - Nitride is a process that uses nitride to penetrate and harden the iron surface by placing the pot in a high temperature gas furnace over 500 degrees and then harden it onto the surface of the iron and then creating a nitride layer to protect it.

This solves the "rust resistant" which was the weak point of iron.

NON-STICK - The coefficient of friction on the surface of the nitride is about 0.1 smaller than normal iron pans, so it is less likely to burn food.Also, the surface of the nitride layer is a porous layer with countless small uneven bumps, which increases oil absorption and makes food even more resistant to burn.

Iron spatula OK! HIGH FIRE COOKING - The hardness of the nitride layer formed on the front and back of the pot body is about Hv700.It is 5 times harder than regular iron so you can use a metal spatula to prevent scratching the pot.

What is nitride processing... The surface treatment has been used to prevent rust from aircraft and automotive parts.

It spreads nitrogen into iron molecules, strengthens the interior and prevents rust from forming with an oxide layer on the surface.

This is also applied to cookware and the iron surface is hardened with nitrogen to create an iron pot with high corrosion resistance and abrasion resistance.
