Q: First Press Notes
A: Fill with water to the full indicator (MAX), boil it, run water, and repeat this 3 times for normal use.
Q: Why the stainless steel inside the electric kettle is not smooth? It seems to be scratched.
A: Due to the advantages of high durability and scratch resistance, we adopted frosted antibacterial stainless steel. (Note: Frost mark is not scratched. )
Q: Hot water spills from the inlet
A: Make sure you have more water than the "MAX" line.
Q: It does not power off when boiling / takes time to boil
A: Do you have more water than the "MAX" line (= maximum water)? Do not fill water beyond the "MAX" line.
A: Is the lid closed? Close the lid tightly.
Q: Spots on the inside (bottom)
A: Metal discoloration due to overheating (temporary empty firing).This is not an abnormal!
