Oven TopOven Top

A lightweight type that is popular for commercial use. Fluorine treated top board.

The material is an alloy made of aluminum.Although it is more expensive than steel and conventional aluminum plates, it is lightweight and strong and has been used for the top board.Aluminum steel plates and iron, etc., are the same size and weigh about 5.6 oz (1,600 g).This product weighs 24.9 oz (680 g).It is highly workable and has been popular with patisseries and bakeries. It is lightweight yet ensures a board thickness of 0.05 inch (1.2 mm) and has excellent heat conduction. In order to prevent deformation, the weak point of the light top board, the edges are made with wires to increase strength.
