This is a high grade KT TAPE model with 100% synthetic fiber material and a unique strong adhesive that provides excellent support, sustainability, and resists peeling.
Pre-cut without scissors required.

Before use; Apply it before exercising.
Apply one hour before starting exercise.
■ Treating body hair
If your body hair is thick in order to increase adhesion.
■ Clean the taping area
Clean the taping area before sticking, wash off dirt, sebum and lotion and dry.
■ Do not force it off
To remove, apply baby oil if needed, gently peel it off
■ Do not pull too much
Too much tension of the tape can cause skin irritation, rashes or abrasions.
■Stick firmly to the edge of the tape
Apply directly to skin as much as possible to the edge of the tape.
■Separate by slits
Roll type should be separated from each sheet (every 9.8 inches (25 cm)).
■ Dry it if it gets wet.
Dry with tape or dryer after bathing or shower.
■ Adhesive surface does not touch
Be careful not to touch the adhesive side with your hands when you apply the tape.

Caution: For those with sensitive skin, people with skin diseases, or pregnant women, please consult a physician before use.
If you use it incorrectly, too tension, or apply it to sensitive areas, it may cause skin irritations, blisters, and scuffs.
·During use, there may be cases of prickling or irritation. In such cases, minor allergic reactions may occur. Please read the "How to remove if you have sensitive skin, or have strong adhesion" below and stop using it.
If there is a cut or scratch, please do not stick it directly to the wrist opening.
Please stop using if skin irritations or rashes occurred or soreness.
KT TAPE cannot be used as medical tape.

Storage Instructions: Store in a hygienic container and avoid direct sunlight, high temperatures and humidity.

If you have sensitive skin or remove strong adhesion, or if you are not sore or remove it properly, it is easier to remove baby oil or olive oil from the top of the tape. After about 5 minutes, peel it off gently.
