Q: Does this USB Switcher support mobile hard disk? Low power?
A: Supports mobile hard disk, printer, scanner, etc.
But you need to connect the USB hub interface (not the mouse and keyboard interface).
If the mobile hard disk is running out of power, please turn on 3 or more computers and power the switch!
Q: Why cant switch between keyboard? (Does it support keyboard hot keys? )
A: Support hot key switch by keyboard, but the keyboard needs to be connected to the keyboard or interface with the logo of the mouse.
(Please refer to the manual carefully for hot keys)
Q: When you insert the keyboard with LED light, the keyboard will not recognize or the light will not turn on.
A: Because the illuminated keyboard consumes a lot of power, open 3 or more computers to connect the USB cable, or
We recommend using only one of the USB ports to power the switch individually.
Q: Does it support wireless mouse and keyboard?
A: Yes, it supports wireless keyboard and wireless mouse with receiver.
Q: Does the keyboard and mouse not recognize or use it?
A: Please contact us to update the USB and motherboard driver and try again. Or replace the famous brand keyboard and mouse on the market.
Q:Does MAC MINI support?
A: Yes, but the resolution of the MAC MINI should be adjusted to 1920 * 1080p @ 60hz. Some customers didnt know how to deal with MAC MINI, but after downscaling the resolution, we resolved it without issue.
