The SP Takekawa Bore & Stroke Up Kit is equipped with an X-cross-section connecting rod for the 2.1 inches (54 mm) stroke-up crankshaft used in 124 cc and complete engines.
This makes it even stronger than conventional products, and is compatible with high-spec engines that use original SP Takegawa cylinder head.
■ Adopts X cross-section shape conrod
Cut out forged materials and adopt X-sectional shape. It ensures sufficient strength with reduced weight and greatly increases the diffusion and torsional rigidity. Surface shot finish
■ Journal reinforcement
Special bearings have been adopted to increase the inner diameter of the journal bearing on the crankshaft. This allows the journal to increase the shaft diameter from 20mm to 22mm, where stress is concentrated on the crankshaft, and is designed to increase the shaft strength.

This product must be used in conjunction with the SP Takekawa head kit, camshaft, and cylinder kit.
It cannot be used in normal engines or in combination with other products.
The crankshaft for this product is "R type".
