•When using for the first few times, food may be scorched. However, with use, the pot will handle oil better, and food will become less likely to burn and stick.
•When heating, use low to medium heat.
•When boiling water, you can use high heat.
•Do not store with any food remaining inside. Transfer food to another container.Failing to do so may cause rust.
•This product is made of metal, and cannot be used in microwaves.
•Do not use metal tools with this product.Doing so may damage the surface coating.
•When cooking fried food with this product, please make sure that the oil occupies no more than half of the interior.
•When using with an induction cooker:
•When using with an induction cooker, always place in the center and use medium heat.
•This product may not be usable with some induction cookers.
How to Maintain After Using:
•After using, please allow the product to cool down before washing with neutral detergent and a sponge.
•After washing, remove any remaining moisture. Heat the pot while empty, then apply a thin coating of cooking oil and store.
Other Notes:
•In rare cases, the colors of foods may darken. This occurs when mineral content in the iron and the food chemically combines, and does not cause any health effects.
