•The listed dimensions are measurements taken with the filter standing vertically. “Height” indicates the length from the top of the filter to the bottom of the duct.(Bore Diameter 1.4 x Height 2.8 x Width 2.4 inches (35 x 71 x 62 mm).)
•This air filter is recommended for normal carburetors.
•This will alter the intake efficiency. For that reason, it will be necessary to adjust the carburetor.
•During operation in rainy weather, moisture may get into the filter, and the carburetor tuning may be altered.

•Regarding Emissions Regulation-Compliant Models From 2000 Onward:

Do not install parts such as performance air filters or air funnels in any fuel injection motorcycle, as doing so would cause the motorcycle’s fuel regulation system to malfunction.Cases in which a device that would enable fuel regulation (KITACO I-MAP Fuel Injection Controller) can be installed and set up are excluded.
