Description
These low-cut waterproof trekking shoes are recommended for low-mountain hiking and day hikes during the spring, summer and autumn. The upper material uses CORDURA ECO, a 100% recycled material that is environmentally friendly, yet both durable and lightweight. The North Faces exclusive waterproof and breathable membrane "HydoroSeal" is used to prevent rain from entering, while allowing stuffiness. The CRADLE heel technology features a supportive part that surrounds the heel and reduces lateral shake by absorbing shock when landing. The rigid midfoot shank plate supports walking comfortably. By using a last with room in the toes, it protects your toes, and provides a feeling of grip on the ground with your toes. The outsole uses Vibram XS-Trek rubber for high grip in dry and wet conditions. It has a good fit and stability and is easy to wear as a first climbing shoe.
