How to use1: Insert the screw reamer with eco cement into the scratch hole. 2: Insert the power Vulca seal into the insert needle, apply the eco cement, and insert it into the scratch hole. 3: Pull up the insert needle and cut out the power bulka-seal 4: Use an air compressor or to fill the tire with air.
