Features Rubber Squeegee for Water Application
This is a custom rubber squeegee developed for water-based protection film.
At 3.9 x 3.0 inches (10 x 7.5 cm), it fits in the palm of your hand, making it very easy to handle even for DIY beginners.
With moderate adhesion and high resilience power, the rubber tip firmly adheres to efficiently drain moisture and air.It is not only suitable for flat surfaces, but also for curved surfaces.
It is also useful for substrate cleaning before film installation (wiping work for removing foreign objects).
3 points of use a water-based rubber squeegee to clean the film
Point 1: Lay down and pull
(Pull Method)
Press and use easily to chatter (squeegee tip gets caught on the film and scratches)Lying down and pulling are the basics.
Point 2: Conscious about half layers.
(50/50 Overlap)
If there is water bubbles or bubbles left in between the strokes of the squeegee, it is difficult to remove from the rest and the finish is poor.
Semi-layered to ensure that water bubbles and air bubbles are released.
Point 3: The edges are carefully processed
(Push & Towel)
In order to apply force and adhere firmly to the edge, press slowly on the edge.
At the end of the edge, it is easy to adhere to when applied while absorbing the excess moisture from a towel.
