The KSD9700 product is a type of thermostat that uses a bi-metal head as a temperature sensing element. The bi-metal head is free and the contacts are closed when appliances are working normally.
Widely used in electrical appliance motors, air conditioning motors, transformers, heat appliances and so on.
PREVENTION:
1.Do not fold or deform the plastic or metal shell in order to affect performance.
2. Not suitable for temperature detection, only applies to contact detection.
3. Metal shell case is conductive, so it should be used with insulated sleeve. The insulated sleeve should be kept in place as it is intended to electrically insulate and protect against leakage.
4. When installing, the thermostat must be adhered to the surface of the device to avoid inaccurate temperature detection.
