Description:
1. Straight flute tap for clear threads without burrs, right hand tapping direction. Quick downward tip removal provides efficient threading and is suitable for use with through or shallow holes.

Note:
1. Control the speed according to the hardness of the material. The harder the slower the speed. Use high speed with small torque, low speed at high torque. Tapping operations require even pressure
2. First, drill a hole with a twist drill bit, then tapping with a screw tap. Tapping angle must be 90 degree vertical and stable
3. The tapping depth should not exceed 1.5 times the diameter of the tap(i.e. the diameter M5x0.8 should not exceed 7.5mm and the depth should not exceed 7.5mm)
