01.Put your foot on the toe pad. 02. Use the #1 strap with your feet on, wrap around the ankle to secure it. 03.Fasten the second strap on top of the #1 strap. 04. With the ankle close to the instep of the foot, pull the 3 strap to secure it up to the top of the #1 strap. 05. With the ankle close to the instep of your foot, pull the 4 strap to secure it up to the top of the #1 strap.
