If it is brand new, it would be better to match 4 out of the dials from 0 to 9.
Move the machine and try it out, and if the sheet is not cut out, put the numbers up to 4.5 or 5.
If you cut it too far and cut it to the release paper, adjust it to 3.5 degrees.
