■ KBL agricultural machinery elements guarantee:
[Warranty period]
10 month PL insurance included.
We will take responsibility if the manufacturer permitted to damage agricultural machinery due to defects in KBL Element. However, this is only the case of the actual product.
[Warranty Contents]
1. If you find a defective product due to manufacturer responsibility, we will replace it immediately.
2. The costs for repairing defects encountered after installing the elements are limited to direct failure parts and rents of the trouble.
Application Exclusion:
Even within the **period, we cannot guarantee the following cases:
1. Does not have actual complaints (including packing)
2. The actual claim of the product is impossible to observe the causes of external deformation, scratches, etc.
3. Misalignment of installation (due to tightening failure, misplacement due to different applications, or other workshop defects)
4. If the vehicle is defective, such as lack of oil, engine abnormal hydraulic pressure, oil pump defects, etc.
5. 10 months after installation, 1 month of complaint.
6. If you intentionally modify the engine and use it in harsh conditions.
Processing when complaints occur:
1. Please contact us immediately after complaints.
2. Please store the actual complaints.
3. Please check the car name, owner, and the person who installed it.
As a rule, complaints are reviewed by the manufacturer research.
