How to prevent freezing (when used in cold areas)
Insert a thin rod into the hole of the anti-freezing valve and turn counterclockwise.A small amount of water will always flow into the bowl to prevent freezing.
In the event that there is no risk of freezing, such as during the summer, be sure to close the freeze prevention valve.
Do not use anything that may damage the faucet.
Alkaline detergent except acidic detergent, chlorine bleach, and TOTO faucets.
Solvents such as thinner and benzene.
Detergent containing coarse particles such as cleansers and polishes
Nylon scrubbers, scrubbers, brushes, etc.
