Installation Instruction
How to install the main unit:
Press the arrow part of the image to break down into 2 washers.
Insert the cup of the main body into the door and install it with screws.
Secondly, how to install the washer
Before installation, draw the line at the center of the washer
Draw a line at 1.5 inches (38 mm) from the small mouth.
From the intersecting point, 0.6 inch (16 mm) is the position of the screw, so you can drill a hole in it.
Screw down when drill a hole
Adjust the position of the last unit and washer.
3-way adjustment of door after installation
Turn the screw on the 1 in the image to adjust the tilt of the door (left and right).
The 2 screws in the image allow you to adjust the gap between the door (front and back).
3. Turn the screws in the image to adjust the door up and down.
Note:
Replace all hinges on the door even if only one piece is broken. Using different types of hinges may result in unbalanced and fault.
Screws are not included, so please purchase the tapping screws 3.5mm diameter. Regarding the length, please choose according to the thickness of the door and side plate.
