Description

Developed with EVA resin for fisheries (efloat) launched the product to produce a floating net using a hard sponge developed in 1953 (Showa 28). Compared to traditional wooden and glass globes, this product has a larger buoyancy and has a longer service life, so it is an essential synthetic fiber fish net item in Japan and beyond the world. In 79 (54), we collaborated with Sumitomo Chemical Industries, Inc. to develop "E-Float" made from Ethylene-Vinyl Acetate, the first ethylene vinyl acetate resin "E V A (Ethylene-Vinyl Acetate". EVA is softer and more resilient than polyethylene, and it is hard to harden even in cold temperatures. Efloat is a salmon trout sink and has a variety of variations, such as net and stationary net, nori and flat type, and is a stable pioneer of EVA floats to the market.
