Precautions for Use:
1. New injection pump must be lubricated with lubricant before use. The body and accessories need to be wiped clean with lubricant saturated cloth.
2. Pour polyurethane or epoxy into the material cup and squeeze the lid. Turn the switch to open and turn the injector into the trash can.
3. Turn off the power switch and discharge lubricant from the hose until medication is released. Turn off the power and turn the switch valve off.
4. After construction, clean the injection pump with its own cleanser (acetone or xylene) Pour the cleanser into the material cup and discharge it from the hose. Put the injector into the material cup, turn the switch valve on/off several times to apply pressure to the hose. It will help you clean. After 3-5 minutes, the cleanser is discharged from the pump into the trash can.
5. After construction, you need to use a cleaning agent to clean the machine.
6. The machine shakes during transport. Please tighten all the screws again before using the device.
7. Test the pressure of the machine. It is prohibited to test working pressure with non-viscosity liquids (toluene, acetone, water, etc.) and the power of the machine must be tested with lubricant such as engine oil. When empty, the pressure gauge does not show the pressure.
8. Test method: Pour lubricant into the mechanical material barrel, close the valve, protrude the gun and turn on the electric drill. When the pressure gauge shows 300-400kg pressure, turn off the electric drill and open the valve and respray the lubricant to the oil barrel. Pressure tested successfully.
