LOCTITE 638 is designed to bond cylindrical fitting parts, especially when the bond gap may get close to 0.25mm. When trapped without air between the adhering metal surface, the product hardens to prevent loosening or leaking caused by impact and vibration. It works not only on active metals but also on passive substrates and shows a strong hardening performance. This product provides high temperature performance and excellent oil resistance and can withstand small amounts of surface contaminants.
