The Cali76 Stacked Edition is a new evolution of the SlideRIG concept, and has two Cali76 compressor circuits placed in sequence similar to the SlideRIG. The biggest difference between SlideRIG is that you can control the signal sent between each compressor section.
ORIGIN EFFECTS SlideRIG is an ultra clean and awesome sustain compressor pedal. By connecting two carefully designed 1176 style compressor circuits to a daisy chain connection, we made it easy to achieve the compression technique that was used in a former high-end studio.
SlideRIG was initially fixed attack and release parameters and couldnt control the gain between two compression sections.
With the Cali76 Stacked Edition, these constraints are eliminated and you are able to explore the world of single-stage and dual stage compression with just six knobs.
Dual, Independently Adjustable Cali76 Compressors, At Your Service
You will find the gold colored "THRU" knob is centered on the Cali76 Stacked Edition. The input knob that controls the studio-grade transistor amplifiers determines how much the signal is to the fixed threshold of the first compressor, but the "THRU" knob controls how much the first compressor output to the second compressor.
The Cali76 Stacked Edition allows you to set the attack/release properties at each stage as well as gain control between compression.
With these features, you can use it in combination with compression to control your peak for example Sustain and set the output of each compressor to the maximum for a super sensitive clean over drive.

MELF resistors provide noiseless reliability, film capacitors and tantal capacitors ensure tight tolerance and linearity, and the strictly selected transistors have a superior S/N ratio.
