The material is used in the Paleley Ocean Plastic that was developed to upcycle plastic waste that was collected before incoming into the sea in remote islands, coasts, and sea communities to prevent marine pollution. Over 50% of this is used in the thread that makes the upper of the shoe and about 50% recycled polyester yarn.
