How to maintain shield and plastic parts
Care for Plastic Products:
To clean plastic products, dilute the neutral detergent and wash with water.
Care for details such as ventilation.
Use a toothbrush or cotton swab for fine details such as ventilation. Other Parts:
If the parts become poorly working, apply a very small amount of silicone oil after cleaning above and smooth the movement.
Cleaning Notes: Never use petroleum organic solvents. Due to its permeability, the material itself may deteriorate and crack or melt easily. Please avoid using household detergents such as acidic and alkaline substances, glass cleaners, etc. Try to dilute the neutral detergent to use. Please note that plastic parts may be cracked with the use of organic solvents such as cleaners.
Caution about scratches and damage to parts. Scratch shields can block your vision from rain or light reflections at night, so please replace them as soon as possible. All other parts are sold and replaced by SHOEI as optional parts.
